Shipping information:

All orders are processed within one working day of the order being placed. You will be notified with shipping confirmation. Our delivery provider is E-Packet, your order will be delivered by your national postal service. This is Royal Mail if based in the UK. 

 

How long does delivery take?

 

It can take up to three working days from the date of your order to process and up to a maximum of 14 working days to be delivered (Due to customs and handeling). Therefor it can somtimes take up to 17 working days depending of how busy the courrier is and other contributing factors. This is an estimate and they may arrive within a time frame of around 7 to 17 working days. Delays can be expected in busy periods such as christmas ect. Saying that 9/10 orders arrive within 7-14 days of your order date from ourselves.

 

How can i track my order?

Tracking information will be sent to you via email within 7 days of ordering your items from us. When the tracking is information is through to you it may show as below on Royal Mail's or E-Packet's website:

This item is now leaving the originating country. More information will be available when it arrives in the UK.

 

This tracking number will then not be updated until the parcel is delivered to the country of its delivery. From here it is usually delivered within 2-3 from the date of it arriving in the country of delivery. For orders outside of the United Kingdom use your own national postage service tracking website to track your delivery, you can also use 17track.net.

German/Holland customers will be shipped to the uk first then to the desired delivery adress which will usually add a 3 day delay to the above estimate.

 

I didn't receive my tracking number? 

You will recieve your tracking number in the shipping conformation email/message when it becomes active on the couriers website. This usually takes betwen three and seven days to become active after placing your order.

If you haven't recieved the email conformation or haven't had a message from ourselves including the tracking number in the timeframe above, make sure to check the spam or junk folders in your email account as it can somtimes be mistaken for spam or junk mail.

Do you offer express shipping?

We currently do not offer any other shipping methods other than our standard shipping method. We may somtimes have dead stock items that will be avalible for imediot dispatch, these will be placed on our intagram storys but dont hesitate to message asking if we have anyting available.      

 

When will you dispatch my order?

We want you to recieve your order as soon as possible! Thats why we start preparing your order the following working day. If you placed your order during the weekend, we will try and get it processed next day, depending on how busy we are it may be processed the following monday.

 

What happens if i miss my parcel?

Royal mail or your equivalent if you dont live in the UK, will attemt to deliver your parcel to the delivery adress. If you are unavalible to take your delivery, the driver may leave your parcel with a neighbour or take it to your local delivery office where you can then collect it with a photo iD. (The location of the delivery office will either be available on the tracking nuber or by a delivery not left by the driver).

 

I entered the wrong shipping address, what can i do?

Contact our instagram page immediately after your purchase and we will be able to ammend the mistake winthin the first 24 hours. we are unfortunately unable to change the shipping adress once an order has been placed outside the 24 hour period. That is because we can not guarantee that the change in our system will be effective before the shipment takes place, and also to prevent possible fraud.

 

My Delivery is late? 

We always do our best to make sure your order is with you in the shortest time possible. Occasionally delays can happen, which are normally beyond our control. In this case we will always try to inform you beforehand. But even if your order is late don't worry your order is in transit and if you have any problems or quiries dont hesitate to message us on our instagram account.
