Refunds and Exchanges 

We don't always get it right! 

We try to ensure every order is a smooth processs, but sadly this isn't always the case. 

Each order is custom made, due to the nature of this we cannot accept refunds. 

However if you are not completely happy with your purchase then please get in touch to see how we can try and resolve this. 

To process an exchange please get in touch, as we treat each case differently dependent on circumstance. Unreasonale claims will not accepted. 

Any items wishing to be exchanged must be in unused, saleable condition, in their original boxes and packaging, within 14 days from date of receipt. 

We aim to process exchanges within 5 working days of us recieving the goods. 

Please note, exchanges will take the same delivery period as your original purchase.
